Gifts Affair R.S.V.P. Service is a guest list management service. We have designed our service to take the guess work out of your guest list. We have made it easy for you and your guests. However unique your needs are we can help. This is how it works.

We provide a toll free number and website address to have printed on your cards. All of your guests respond directly to us, & we contact anyone that does not respond to give you an accurate guest count.

We provide all information needed for your event such as transportation, directions, hotel, airline, & gift registry information to your guests. We even keep track of meal choices and can help ensure an adult only or invited only event.

OUR SERVICES

This is our basic service which can be used alone or combined with any of our additional services to create a custom package to suit your needs. We provide you with a toll free number and website address, all of your guests will respond directly to us. We track all of the responses, call all unconfirmed guests and provide you with a final count.

Meal Choice Tracking
We find out exactly what each guests meal selection choice is and provide you with that information. Vegetarian and children's meal choice tracking is done free of charge.

Extra Tracking Option
We will keep track of any extra information that you might need from your guests such as shuttle service, music selections, etc. Anything related to the event and can be asked at the time of the guests response.

Bilingual Service
All recordings will be done in both English and Spanish. All designated guests that have not responded by the RSVP deadline date will be contacted by a Spanish/English speaking representative.

Live Operator
By popular demand we now offer the "Live operator" service. All calls from your guests can now be answered by a live operator during normal business hours. After hours your guests will be directed to your automated extension which enables calls to be accepted 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

R.S.V.P. Tracking
This service was designed for the traditional bride who would like us to take care of the guest work and still do things the traditional way. All response envelopes will be addressed directly to us. We track all responses, call unconfirmed and provide you with the final count.
