invitation and accessories orders ship straight from the manufacturer to your
door. The Total Turnaround time on an order consists of Production
Time and Shipping. Production time is the amount of time it takes to
process and print your order and varies by manufacturer. Shipping is the amount
of time it takes the order to get to you once it is completed. Standard shipping
usually takes about 4-7 days. Your total turnaround time can be reduced by
choosing an expedited shipping method. Production time listed is the average,
estimated time it will take to process your order and is not guaranteed.
Unexpected delays are possible if there are questions on your order.

2-3 business days for invitations (5-7 business days for personalized
accessories and office products; 5-15 days for ad specialty products).
Shipping
Costs:
Carlson Craft determines their own shipping prices depending on the size and
cost of your order. You will be given exact prices for several shipping options
(ground, 3 day, next day, etc.) at checkout. International shipping is
available.
International Shipping:
We do provide international shipping to countries
serviced by UPS. You may select the browse our complete listing of the countries
below. Charges are based on weight and destination.
NOTE: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the
appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service
level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method on shipping
screen.
