Do we have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

At, Your Wedding Affair  customers are our number one priority! A successful event means customers' goals and objectives are to be achieved. If the abovementioned is not met, and this has never occurred, a refund will be issued for planning services. Travel Service cancellation penalties and other restrictions are subject to supplier’s terms and conditions.  We can only guarantee refunds with the purchase of travel insurance.

 

How many weddings have we planned?

Your Wedding Affair & Travel has planned numerous events (weddings, parties and events) since its inception in 2002. We have planned approximately fifteen to twenty-five small (50 guests) to medium+ (200 guests) weddings.  In addition to corporate events (200 – 1000 employees), special events group travel (100 – 500 guests).

 

What makes us different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?

Can you afford a bridal consultant?

Can you afford to pay top dollar to vendors? Do you know key questions to ask vendors before hiring them? Can you oversee all aspects of the events? Do you have the time to plan your wedding or event? Do you know cost effective ways to have your dream wedding or event? If you answer NO to any of these questions, you would benefit from an event planner. In the long run hiring a event planner will offer services to make the event special- saving you time, money and help keeping sanity!

 

How do we assist in planning a wedding? What services do we provide?

Your Wedding Affair & Travel will do as much as you allow us to do. We can plan your wedding from the engagement party to the last dance. The decision is yours. In addition to wedding planning we offer: Events & Meeting, Special Events, Parties, Honeymoon and Travel Planning.

 

Do we recommend specific wedding professionals?

Yes, we have a list of preferred vendors with whom we have established relationships, however our list is not limited and we will work with any vendor that you will prefer to use. 

 

What is the entire process we recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.

This process really depends on what the services that you need weather you are needed to plan a special event, plan your wedding or your honeymoon. Everyone event is different. What are our rates?

We are a full service party, travel, wedding & honeymoon and event planning company and our fees are based on the type and level of services that will accommodate our clients’ needs. Our flat rates and hourly fees are competitive. Please feel free to contact us for further pricing information.

 

What are our qualifications? Are we professionally trained or certified?

Qualifications include: Associate Degree in Accounting;  certificate in Conference, Meeting and Event Management and  Certificate in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology;  Travel Agent Certificate from Travel Careers International as well as  certification for Wedding Consultant.
