Land Yoga is delighted to welcome revolutionary Ashtanga Yoga instructor, Shakira Williams. Shakira is visiting from Jamaica where she is the only authorized Ashtanga teacher in Jamaica. Join us for a Caribbean themed evening full of incredible vegetarian cuisine, rum punch provided by La Bodega 47, and music. Shakira will also speak about journey to becoming Jamaica’s first and only certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor and her experiences as a West Indian yoga instructor.
Shakira will be guest teaching at Land Yoga August 15-24.
