sunny_Notification issued 12/13/13 at 6:00 PM. The New York City Office of Emergency Management (OEM) today issued a Hazardous Travel Advisory for Saturday, 12/14. The National Weather Service has forecast 4 to 6 inches of snow accumulation, expected to begin midday Saturday and change to rain in the late evening as the temperature rises. Rain will taper off overnight Saturday into Sunday, with a lingering shower possible Sunday morning, and freezing temperatures returning Sunday night.
