Rangel, who represents the 13th Congressional District of New York that includes upper Manhattan and parts of the Bronx, re-introduced the Export Freedom to Cuba Act of 2015 (H.R. 634), which would lift the travel restrictions between the United States and Cuba, and the Promoting American Agricultural and Medical Exports to Cuba Act of 2015 (H.R. 635) which would remove the sanctions that are restricting agricultural and medical trade.
