The event kicked off the celebration of this new contemporary art and design gallery in the new space on the southwest corner of 2605 Frederick Douglas Boulevard at 139th Street in central Harlem.The opening was a lively crowd who joined New York-based activist designer Tatiana Pagés, owner and curator of the Tatiana Pagés Gallery in the best village in the world.
Guests sipped champagne with appetizers as they viewed the opening collective, “Thoughts & Senses,” and Alanna said, the show is:
… a collection of art dedicated to the exploration of the social as well as cultural tensions by six highly conceptual Latin American artists.
She continued, that the:
… collection of thousands of thoughts, breathing through the pores of objects and fabric, glass and canvas, acrylic and porcelain, all united by the idea of using aesthetics and form to imprint an emotional mark, making the viewer part of the dialogue and part of the change.”
